The success of the initial evaluation of the project and the estimation of the size of the needs of manpower, equipment, vehicles, means of communication, and control devices had the greatest impact in facilitating the process of managing and following up its operations.

Also, the success of selecting the responsible elements for managing the project from the managers of the various regions contributed mainly to the speed of decision-making and solving problems based on their accumulated experiences.

During the project period we faced the most important concern, which is the fear of an injury of one of our members, despite the precautionary measures in place, the most important success stories were monitoring those cases rapidly and provide the necessary treatment for them and was backed up with an immediate reserved force.
